We focus on building your core strength and over the course of 50-minutes you will complete a full body workout!

Cheeky Barre
Cheeky Barre breaks from the tradition flow of Traditional Barre by focusing mainly on your lower half and integrating upper body toning moves throughout the workout. Get ready to tone, shake, sculpt, and burn those cheeks from every angle! The interspersed upper body and core work will serve as recovery while still toning those sleek arms and abs.
