Cycling Based Classes
Spin & Sculpt
*our most popular class!
A class combining the best of both worlds – cardio and sculpting.
This class starts on the bike and we dedicate half the class to a shortened, but still challenging, spin session. After, you will step off your bike to perform work efforts using weights, body weight, bands, kettle bells, and more. This is the most popular class at our studio.
What to wear: cycling shoes and sneakers.
*Cycling shoes are NOT required for our classes, but a good option to have.
Ride & Grind
Our newest 2-in-1 workout.
Ride & Grind cycling blocks are not choreographed to the music, but don’t worry – you’ll be amazed how focused you are when it comes to beating your time, distance and wattage each block. Don’t be surprised if you start hitting higher distances in your Full cycling classes after taking Ride & Grind on the reg!
What to wear: Sneakers are required for the HIIT portion.

Indoor Cycling
A traditional indoor cycling class on Keiser M3i bikes. Classes are 30 minutes and 45 minutes long.
This is not a rhythmic based class, but our teachers build and choreograph their work efforts to follow the beats, builds and drops of the music.
What to wear: SPD compatible cycling shoes or sneakers
Barre & Rebounding Classes
Power Barre:
Our newest 2-in-1 Barre Combo Class!
Lengthen and strengthen from your head to toes with our new TRX and Barre combination workout.
We will isolate the muscles with our traditional barre work efforts while simultaneously increasing core stabilization, and toning the arms using more than the 3lb weights used in our traditional barre classes.
What to wear: Grip socks only (sorry, no bare feet, no regular socks, no sneakers)
Barre Sculpt:
We take the traditional barre class that focuses on lengthening and leaning out the body and add in a little HIIT twist.

Bounce and Sculpt
Our traditional rebounding class with toning and sculpting moves off the rebounder.

BarreTramp
*one of our most popular classes!
A traditional barre class, but taken on the rebounder. This is a killer inner thigh and core workout because the rebounder forces you to really focus in on those muscles!
*There is no bouncing in this class.
