INDOOR CYCLING
CYCLING: 45-MIN
The Wall Cycling Studio’s standard 45-minute class duration. You will work your strength and endurance to your max extent during these incredible rides!

CYCLING: 60-MIN
60-minutes of pure cardio love. Challenging hills combined with sprints and active recoveries. Great for anyone who is up for a 60-minute ride!

Spin & Sculpt | TOP SELLER
A calorie-killing class incorporating interval riding with the use of free weights, TRX bands, ladders and more. An all around incredible workout!

CycleBox
The most intense workout you will ever take. We’ve joined with Joltin’ Jabs and are here to offer you a Cycling and Boxing class like no other. This 70 minute class entails INTENSE, fast paced cycling, abdominal work and then finishing off class with a multiple round boxing session with Joey DeMalavez, Jr right next door.

Cycle + Stretch
Cycle and Stretch is a 70 minute class taught by father/daughter team, Anthony and Laura Levering. Class begins with 35 minutes of spinning followed by 35 minutes of yoga and stretching. This is an athletic-based stretch that will assist you in decompressing from the weekend and prepping you for the week.

Spin/Barre Fusion
A 50-minute class combining intense spinning along with an amazing barre workout! Grip Socks Required.

BARRE
Traditional Barre
In this traditional style barre class, you will feel muscles you forgot you had and you will shred your body one pulsing move at a time. With the use of balls, bands, straps, light weights and your own body weight, you will watch your body transform into your most confident you. We focus on building your core strength and over the course of 45-minutes you will complete a full body workout!

Basics Barre
A class GREAT FOR BEGINNERS or those who are just looking to prefect their form in barre! This is the same great class as our regular barre fitness, but at a slightly slower pace and more detail oriented towards your form.

Baradio Sculpt
Your love of traditional barre meets your love of H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training). In this class we will stretch and tone while training interval style with mountain climbers, jump squats, burpees and much, much more! Barre socks and sneakers are required for this class.

Mommy and Me Barre
A 50-minute workout with you and your little one! While Mom (or Dad) takes a fully instructed 1-on-1 barre class, your little one is working with the instructor while mimicking similar poses. Minimum age of 3-years-old required.

Baby Bjorn Barre
A 50-minute barre class with you and your bundle of joy. Babies must be in baby bjorn carriers throughout the duration of class. As featured on FYI Philly with Alicia Vitarelli, come experience this one of a kind workout!

Yoga_Wall

YOGA
Power Barre Asana
If barre and yoga had a baby, this would be it. The best of both worlds and a combination of two classes that will empower and challenge you. You will sweat, stretch and work muscles you didn’t know you have. The combination of breath, flow and movement will leave you zenned-out and craving more and more of this class!

YOD
YOD is Intentional exercise. You get the yoga-vibes combined with a high intensity, sweaty workout. We’re proud to say we don’t use props or equipment in YOD (ie: bands, weights, stability balls). You’ll leave this class ready to take on the world!
